The Foundation for a Drug-Free World Florida chapter announces that Jesse Campbell, International Recording artist, from NBC’s The Voice will join performing artists Coya Jones, Ashley Renee and the Flag Band for the annual Night for a Drug-Free World in Clearwater, a charity fundraiser. The event, which is being hosted at the Fort Harrison, an international religious retreat for the Church of Scientology in Clearwater, is being held on Saturday October 8th. Doors open at 7pm and the concert starts at 8pm.

Tickets are $25 for General Admission and $60 for the VIP Experience, which includes reserved seating and a Meet and Greet with Mr. Campbell. Hors d’oeuvres and ‘mocktails’ are included. All funds collected will go to two Tampa Bay area-based non-profits: We Believe in Me and Drug-Free America Foundation.

“The Foundation for a Drug-Free World is honored to be hosting two such worthy charities, who are working to build a next generation free of drugs”

“The Foundation for a Drug-Free World is honored to be hosting two such worthy charities, who are working to build a next generation free of drugs,” said Roxanne Sierro, the Executive Director of the Foundation. “Humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard said that ‘the single most destructive element present in our current culture is drugs.’ Drug-Free World continually works with other non-profits to rid the society of that destructive element. This concert provides a means to raise awareness that there are solutions to this problem.”

The concert set includes popular music from the 60’s through to top hits of today, said Ms. Sierro. “It will be a magical night for two very good causes,” she concluded.

We Believe In Me was founded with the goal of providing a better foundation for student athletes, focusing on professional training, education, family, community events, and volunteering. Their purpose is to equip students with the right tools and life skills to further their education and sports goals.

Drug-Free America Foundation, Inc. is a drug prevention and policy organization committed to developing, promoting and sustaining national and international policies and laws that will reduce illegal drug use and drug addiction.

These charities, as well as the Foundation for a Drug-Free World will provide additional information about their work to those in attendance.

Per their website, the Foundation for a Drug-Free World is the largest non-governmental anti-drug education program in the world. More than 1,200 organizations, governments and law enforcement agencies are utilizing this program to educate their communities about the dangers of drugs.

The Church of Scientology Flag Service Organization regularly holds charity events at The Fort Harrison on a complimentary basis for community groups.
